The optimal position of the vineyards which are constantly ventilated by a pleasant breeze, makes it possible to obtain excellent grapes. They are harvested, brought to the cellar in small boxes, softly pressed and brought to the temperature of 15 ° C for an initial decanting of the must. The fermentation is carried out at the maximum temperature of 16 / 18 ° C, which exalts the perfumes and aromas which are typical of the single grape varieties. Bottled after a few months, it expresses the fresh notes that distinguish it.
Colors: Bright yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Intense notes of white flowers together with fresh spicy notes.
Taste: Full, dry, balanced and extremely sapid, it offers great intensity and fragrance.
Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal, in particular it goes well with starters and delicate main courses.
