WINE

The importance of a quick pressing is strongly felt in this wine, where the characteristics of freshness and vinosity are marked.
The must, which is quickly brought to 27 ° - 28 ° C leads a traditional fermentation in contact with the skins for 12 - 14 days.
It is then refined for a few months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
After bottling, the wine ages in the bottle for a few months to reach perfect refinement. At this point the wine's characteristics are fully expressed and it is ready to be enjoyed.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color : Ruby red with purple reflections.
Bouquet : Vinous, fresh, harmonious, with fruit scents and forest fruit notes.
Taste : Dry and tasty with a delicate almond nuance. Elegant finish rich in sweet tannins.

Its structure shows its potential already after a year of aging and allows it to hold up over time.
