Each grappa has been obtained through a discontinuous distillation with head and tail cut in order to preserve at the best their quality. The distillation takes place very slowly in order to allow the right evaporation and consequent condensation of the aromatic components, responsible of the soft and pleasant sensations. Our aim is to of preserve the precious organoleptic characteristics of each original vine. We have a limited production, strictly bond to the vintage of the year.
